A reservations and events platform for two NYC restaurants

The problem

Two busy venues managing reservations, large party deposits, and event ticketing across phone calls, spreadsheets, and generic booking tools that took a cut of every cover and none of the responsibility.

What we built

A complete reservations and events platform: online booking, event ticketing, large party deposits, and payments on Stripe, with SMS confirmations and smart reminders over Twilio. Each restaurant runs its own branded website and an admin CRM for the floor team.

Details that matter

• Deposits and ticket revenue settle directly to each restaurant through Stripe Connect.
• Confirmation and reminder texts cut the no show gap that kills prime time covers.
• A security audit of the platform closed seven critical and high severity vulnerabilities before they could become incidents.
• The venues own their guest data outright.

Outcome

Two Manhattan venues run bookings, deposits, and events on one platform they own, instead of renting seats on someone else’s.
