The platforms that run our own stores
These are the real modules we run the studio on. Every record shown is synthetic — we do not put customer data in marketing pages.
The problem
Bridal retail and alterations run on appointments, fittings, deadlines, and thousands of small details. Off the shelf tools covered pieces of it. Nothing covered the business.
What we built
Two complete platforms. The bridal system handles the full journey: appointment booking, sales pipeline, rentals, invoicing, an online storefront, and a customer portal, backed by roughly 620 API endpoints and about 1,861 automated tests, deploying improvements daily. The alterations system is a CRM and POS with work order kanban, smart job assignment, customer notifications, and AI briefings, protected by about 1,407 tests.
The SEO fix that actually worked
The storefront was a single page app, so Google was being served about 105 characters of body text per dress. The result: zero of 139 gown pages earned a single search impression in 90 days. We shipped server side rendering and fixed the internal crawl path, and within 48 hours the first gown pages were landing on page one for real queries. All 129 gowns now render clean, structured pages.
The same platform runs an automated blog with publishing safety gates. We measured it honestly: 126,154 impressions and 851 clicks over 90 days, and zero bookings. So we stopped writing posts and fixed the catalog instead. Measuring the thing is what let us kill it.
Why it matters to you
These are not demos. Real brides, real fittings, real Saturday chaos have been stress testing these systems daily for years. When we build for your business, this is the standard the software has already met.
